When we moved here last fall I was so thrilled to stumble upon this fabulous boutique right downtown Colorado Springs.  Couture, located at 109 Tejon, sells upscale women’s clothing, lingerie, AND children’s clothing.  One of the many lines of children’s clothing they carry is Pipsqueak Couture , which is designed by Couture’s owner Shannon Dougherty.  Couture also sells BabyLegs!  Babylegs are one of the hottest fashion statements for babies & toddlers right now.  Below are a couple photos of Miss “T” donning a pair.

I had the pleasure of meeting this happy and adorable couple yesterday who are celebrating 50 years together.  They have been so blessed with such a wonderful (and gorgeous) family that I was honored to have met and photograph as well.  Here is a photo of just one of their six beautiful grandchildren…I just fell in LOVE with his head full of curls!  I had so much fun with this family…I think the highlight of the morning was when the automatic sprinkler system went off during the session.  The water felt quite refreshing actually.

I just had to post some fun photos from our session.  If memory serves with the last photo, I believe Miss “M” ate the sidewalk right after I took the photo.

So many of my clients (and many photographer friends) have been encouraging me to get a blog. I’ve always been meaning to but never got around to it (I did have a couple minor setbacks like moving accross country and having baby #2 lol).  I now have one and am so excited.
