Can I just say that I LOVE my job? My heart just turns to mush when I meet brand new little people. Here’s is a quick peak at Mr. “B” who is perhaps the most loved on little man by his mommy (who looks all too fabulous for having just given birth I might add).
Ok, I have only one question…Why didn’t I know about this fabulous service BEFORE I had children?! We’ve all heard of a wedding planner, but are any of you aware that there is a BABY planner as well?! Well I am here to inform you that April Beach, founder and owner of Sweet Pea Baby Planners is located right here in Colorado! April and her team of experts can walk you through the first-time parent process from the tummy to toddler stages. Sure there are tons of books on the subject and a bizillion experienced mothers to ask, but that’s part of what causes all the confusion is hearing and reading way too many differing opinions. April is an experienced mother who has done in-depth research, gives an unbiased personal consultation, and helps parents make informed decisions to fit their own parenting styles. Enough with the “must have” checklists that those baby mega stores give you that try convince you that THESE are the things you NEED to be a suitable parent (I never bought a sleep positioner or a wipe warmer and I think my kids turned out quite all right). Sweet Pea Baby Planners will ease your mind and eliminate the endless hours or research to help you decide what you really need. They assist you through welcoming home your baby, establishing a routine, postpartum, and much more. They even offer services for dads! Check them out here.
I met Mr. “J” over the weekend. This handsome little man was quite the trooper. He was SO due for his afternoon nap but was generous enough to hold out for me and give me a great session. Although, I swear in the last photo he’s thinking, “Mom, I know I’m cute and all, but would ya just tell this lady to leave already so I can take a nap!” Mom knows I had a hard time leaving.
Welcome to the world baby Edmund. This tiny bundle of boy is just precious. I could have photographed him all day. Since his birthday is so close to Easter, his mom had the brilliant idea to have his picture taken with an Easter bunny. Great idea mom! Enjoy your sneak peak.
