I was super duper excited to meet the new addition to this family.  I’ve known them since the newborn session of their now 2yr old.  You’ll notice we used the same Florida Gator blanket.

I got me yet another baby fix this past week!!!  These beautiful little girls were such a pleasure to photograph.  And, like always, there’s more of a sneak peak on my facebook fan page.

I know this client has been dying a slow death just patiently waiting for this sneak peak.  Thanks for waiting Jill…I think you’ll find it was worth it.  :)

The last time I saw these beautiful girls they were so little!  They were our neighbors when we lived in Michigan.  Now they are all grown up and both know how to really work the camera!  See for yourself…

Most of you know from my facebook updates that I recently went to Michigan for a little vacation and a little business.  My very talented friend Lisa was generous enough to open up her KILLER AWESOME studio in downtown Grand Rapids for all of my sessions.  I really needed an indoor location since the weather is so unpredictable in Michigan.  I knew the moment I stepped into that space that we’d spend the majority of the time indoors.  The color and natural light is SO yummy.

Here is family #1 I had the pleasure of photographing.  This little girl can light up a room!  I just love her expressions.  Here are just a few of my favorites.

I was beyond elated when I got the opportunity to photograph my first newborn twins!  I’ve gotta be honest, I was just as equally nervous.  Every newborn session has some level of unpredictability but for this I really hadn’t a CLUE what to expect with two!  Let me tell ya, these boys exceeded my expectations.  I couldn’t decide which was my favorite, so I once again went a bit overboard with a sneak peek.  So enjoy…you’ll see why I was tempted to take one of them home with me.  :P

I met this precious boy a year ago for his newborn session and was thrilled to see him all grown up and FULL of smiles one year later.  I love photo #2…such a little person sitting with such a gigantic dog…they actually own two great danes but the other had had enough of the camera I guess at that point.  :)

Meet baby Sam and big sis Evelyn.  I was so excited to have the opportunity to try out my new cocoon!…Etsy just might be getting another order from me soon, hehehe.  As a reminder, if you are expecting, please call during your third trimester to schedule your newborn session so that I can reserve a tentative date with you (keeping a light schedule around your due date) and ensure we photograph your baby within their first 10 days.

The Missie Moosie trunk show and model search event was a huge success on Sunday!  A BIG thanks to all who attended.  Each and every girl I photographed is beyond adorable and I’m just so glad I don’t have to make the final decision on the chosen model for the fall line.  Just know that there WILL be future model search events and I hope to see these girls again!  For now, here’s a little sneak peek of our model entries…and, as you know, there’s more to see on my facebook fan page here.
